Boston’s JMC Capital Partners Acquires Grand Rapids’ Pro-Vision Video Systems

Pro-Vision Video Systems, a Grand Rapids-based mobile video technology company, has been acquired by JMC Capital Partners in Boston.

Pro-Vision designs, manufactures, and installs rugged rear vision and video recording systems, body cameras, and video management software for commercial, law enforcement, and transit applications.

“Our mission is greater than business growth alone – our solutions have a direct impact on the safety of our users and the public,” says Steve Peacock, president and CEO of Pro-Vision. “We are inspired that this partnership with JMC will enable us to improve the safety of even more people around the world.”

Pro-Vision was founded in 2003. JMC was founded in 1999 and is a private equity firm. Its partners come from operating backgrounds.
