Bloomfield Hills-based ADG LLC (known as the Great Expressions Dental Centers) is expanding into the Dallas and Austin markets with an affiliation with MetroPlex dental practices. Great Expressions Dental Centers will manage MetroPlex’s property management needs, offer benefits, and provide additional services.
“This relationship will enable these newly affiliated Great Expressions offices to bring affordable, convenient, and unmatched patient care to their current and new patients in Texas,” says Richard Beckman, CEO of ADG.
ADG has more than 230 affiliated Great Expressions Dental Centers in 10 states, including 60 offices in metro Detroit, and four throughout the Lansing and Flint markets. ADG provides administrative and business support services and licenses to the Great Expressions Dental Centers brand name. The company, founded in 1982, offers preventative dental care, orthodontics, surgery, and cosmetic dentistry services.
MetroPlex, founded in 2009, has about 70 employees. The Texas-based company offers preventative, restorative, oral surgery, orthodontic, pediatric dentistry, periodontic, endodontic, and cosmetic dentistry services.
