Agree Realty Corp. in Bloomfield Hills is expanding with construction underway of a new campus in the same city that will include a wellness center, auditorium, meeting areas, and integrated technology. The facility is expected to be completed this fall.
“We are very excited to expand our campus as our best-in-class team continues to grow,” says Joey Agree, president and CEO. “With the addition of 44 E. Long Lake, we will provide a second unique environment for our team members to continue to produce outstanding results while enjoying the full benefits of our Agree Wellness program.”
The company’s existing headquarters at 70 E. Long Lake received a 2015 American Institute of Architects Honor Award for its architecture and design. The company will again work with Biddison Architecture and Design. The new structure will incorporate contemporary interior and exterior finishes that will create transparency, symmetry and a unique campus setting between the two buildings.
