California-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a division of Berkshire Hathaway led by real estate mogul Warren Buffet, has partnered with Detroit-based real estate agency The Loft Warehouse to establish the company’s first Detroit office.
“This is an important moment for us, but also for the city of Detroit as it demonstrates that our market is large enough, with such a potential for sustained growth that it is now the strategic target of a major luxury real estate brand,” says Sabra Sanzotta, owner and broker at The Loft Warehouse.
A data-driven real estate operation, The Loft Warehouse has $100 million of new condominiums for sale. Sanzotta says Berkshire Hathaway will help elevate The Loft Warehouse with access to national and international buyers, investors, and developers, upscale property marketing and national media relationships, and customer service best practices.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is and is one of the nation’s fastest-growth real estate brokerage networks with 43,500 agents and 1,320 offices nationwide since its launch in 2013.
