Novi-based Macprofessionals, an authorized Apple service provider, will expand with the opening of a retail location on Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills.
“(We’re) reacting to high demand in the region for Apple Authorized repairs of iPhones, iPads, and Macs,” says Lisa Glush, president and CEO of Macprofessionals. “(We) intend to reduce service wait time for buyers of Apple products.”
Glush says the store, to be located at 30907 Orchard Lake Rd. in Hunter’s Square Mall near 14 Mile Road, will open Jan. 25. She says Macprofessionals is a technology services company specializing in Apple platform services and consulting, as well as setup and deployment services for Windows, Chromebook, and Apple devices. She says the store can handle numerous repairs on site and swap out a damaged iPhone for a new Apple iPhone while customers wait.
Glush says the store offers iPhone accessories and high-tech gadgets. The retail location will also offer sound systems from vendors such as Barman, Charles Darius, House of Marley, Native Union, and WoodUp.
Macprofessionals has another service and retail store in Bay Harbor, and has plans to open a new storefront in Petoskey in the fall.
Macprofessionals, founded in 2000, offers hardware, support, and integration services. The company employs more than 90 engineers, sales executives, specialists, and administrative staff.
