Amazing Lash Studio, an eyelash extension franchise beauty brand based in Arizona, is opening its first Michigan location at Knapp’s Crossing in Grand Rapids. More stores are planned in the state.

“My wife and I have always been businesspeople, and we are proud to bring the first Amazing Lash Studio to Michigan to fill an unmet need for eyelash extensions in the area,” says Randy Hagg who, with his wife Lori Rincones, is owner and operator. “Amazing Lash Studio offers an inviting, comfortable, and spa-like experience at an affordable price point, making it possible for more women to enjoy this unique service.”

The couple was inspired to open a studio after Rincones got her first eyelash extensions while on vacation last year in Arizona. This is the couple’s first Amazing Lash Studio, and they plan to open two more west Michigan locations. There are more than 200 studios in 29 states.

“Amazing Lash Studio offers high-quality eyelash extensions, patented products, and additional services for women of all ages,” Rincones says. “We’re excited how quickly the eyelash extension industry is growing and to bring this service to Grand Rapids. People are really looking forward to Amazing Lash Studio coming to west Michigan.”

The location will offer semi-permanent eyelash extensions that replicate the curve and size of natural eyelashes. Store construction is underway, and the studio will offer 10 private rooms. The location plans to create about 20 jobs.

Jon Geenen and Earl Clements, advisers with Colliers International | West Michigan, handled the transaction.

“Amazing Lash Studio joins a complimentary mix of businesses at Knapp’s Crossing including Woodhouse Day Spa and Ulta,” says Geenen. “Colliers is always keeping an eye out for new and exciting brands to bring to west Michigan, and we’re delighted we could find them space in a growing retail center.”

A grand opening event is slated for the end of October.
