Ann Arbor-based C3 Industries, a cannabis producer and retailer, has opened its latest High Profile dispensary in Grant, Mich., which is about 30 miles north of Grand Rapids. It is licensed for both recreational and medical sales, and is the third in a series of provisioning centers C3 plans to open in Michigan over the next two years.

The store will carry a selection of Cloud Cover Cannabis and Galactic Meds products including flower, edibles, vaporizers, concentrates, topicals, and tinctures from C3’s cultivation and manufacturing facility located in Webberville, Mich. (east of Lansing). It will also sell products from third-party brands. The store will offer curbside pickup and, when COVID-19-related executive orders lift, will open its showroom.

Located on M-37 at 262 S. Maple St., the 3,000-square-foot location will be open from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. every day.

“West Michigan has been a target market for us since we started operations in the state,” says Ankur Rungta, CEO. “Grant is an ideal location due to the incredible local community, as well as its importance as a major north-south artery from Grand Rapids to Traverse City. Grand Rapids will not have recreational dispensaries until next year, so we believe that there is pent up demand in this part of the state, and we’re excited to serve the local community with high quality cannabis products in a convenient location.”

The dispensary is expected to draw customers from Kent, Muskegon, Ottawa, and Newaygo counties, as well as west Michigan more broadly. C3 produces cannabis products in Oregon and Michigan and plans to launch in Massachusetts and Missouri.
