Best shot? A hole-in-one on No. 17. I used a 5-iron.
Worst shot? There’s been a lot of those, but hitting out of bounds on No. 1.
Why I like Oakland Hills? It’s a tough course, especially with the changing winds.

Best shot? A 3-wood to 2.5 feet above the hole on No. 9, but I missed the putt.
Worst shot? Same hole. I hooked it onto the No. 10 tee and nearly hit some members.
Why I like Oakland Hills? It tests every club in your bag.

Best shot? Reaching No. 2 on my second shot.
Worst shot? Hitting the halfway house out of a bunker on No. 18.
Why I like Oakland Hills? It’s a hard, traditional golf course.

Worst shot? I hit a couple onto Lahser Road on No. 5.
Why I like Oakland Hills? It’s a golfer’s golf course, plus it’s great for hosting clients.

Best shot? My approach on No. 18 went in, for the club’s first double eagle there.
Worst shot? Went way left on No. 1 and clipped the bleachers before the Ryder Cup.
