Tim Keenan is managing editor of DBusiness magazine, DBusiness Daily News, Tech and Mobility News, Detroit 500, and Michigan Makers. Prior to joining DBusiness, he was a senior account executive at Campbell Marketing & Communications in Dearborn, working with the Motorcraft-Quick Lane racing teams in NASCAR and the NHRA. In other positions, he executed public relations and marketing strategies for several Tier One automotive suppliers. His journalism credits include The Football News-Basketball Weekly in Detroit, The Hardwood News in Lansing, Monday Morning Newspapers in Warren, and Ward’s Communications in Southfield. While at Ward’s, Mr. Keenan was part of a team that won the prestigious Jesse H. Neal Award in 1995. In late 2020, he published “Everybody Loves Mickey,” a biography of retired professional wrestler “Irish” Mickey Doyle. Mr. Keenan also is chairman of the Michigan Aviation Hall of Fame at the Air Zoo in Kalamazoo and is a volunteer for the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America in Daytona Beach, Fla. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
