Stoneridge in Novi Receives Federal Exemption Approval for Camera Monitor System on Commercial Vehicles
Stoneridge Inc. in Novi today announced the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration approved its exemption application to federal law in late-December. The move allows the company’s MirrorEye Camera Monitor System ("CMS") to be installed as an alternative to conventional rear-vision mirrors currently required on commercial motor vehicles in the United States.
