More than 80 guests gathered at Shinola in Detroit on Thursday, March 30 to learn about their work with the New Day Foundation, a local organization that helps reduce financial stress for families following a cancer diagnosis. Guests enjoyed food, beverages, and live music by Grace Elizabeth Lee.
McCann Worldgroup Detroit hosted an auction to benefit the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan in honor of World Kidney Day on Thursday, March 9. Over 200 guests enjoyed a silent auction, beverages, food, and mingling at McCann's headquarters in Birmingham.
The American Heart Association hosted its annual Go Red for Women Luncheon on National Wear Read Day, March 3, at the Somerset Collection in Troy. Sponsored locally by Beaumont, the event encourages women to raise awareness about heart disease and strokes, and to take a more active role in their health.
Birmingham's Eton Academy, a full-curriculum school for different learners, hosted its annual gala and auction fundraiser on Saturday, March 4. Guests enjoyed a "Mission: Possible" themed silent auction, followed by dinner and a live auction, with proceeds supporting the school.

The Salvation Army, a nationwide non-profit known for helping those in need with their Red Kettle drive during the holidays, hosted a sing-a-long fundraiser at the London Chop House on December 8. Attendees were treated to a luncheon and sang holiday carols, raising nearly $50,000 for the group's Red Kettle Fund.
A VIP ribbon cutting ceremony for the new McLaren Emergency Center in Clarkston was held on Feb. 10. The event was catered by Clarkston Union Bar & Kitchen, and guests enjoyed tours of the new facility.
