Prince Concepts today released plans for a major mixed-use development on various sites bounded by Forest and Warren avenues on Detroit’s West Side. The developments include The Sawtooth, Astro Coffee Roasting Facility/Ochre Bakery, Lafayette American, 5K, Magnet, and The Caterpillar. Together, they will offer rental housing, offices, and studios, along with a coffee shop, a restaurant and bar, and public outdoor spaces — all about 3½ miles northwest of downtown Detroit.
