Badger Freight Tracking App Launch Party
Troy-based Badger held a launch party for its new logistics management mobile app at the Century Grille Restaurant at the Gem Theatre in Detroit on July 16. Badger CEO Parker Stallard spoke at the event about the development and growth of the Badger Freight Tracking app. Attendees were tracked through the app as they walked to demonstrate its functionality.
Incredible Science Machine Launch
The Incredible Science Machine used more than half a million objects to create a chain reaction in an attempt to set the World Record for the largest Rube Goldberg Machine at the Michigan Science Center on July 18. The group is waiting for official word from the Guinness Book of World Records to see if they broke the record.

Derby in the D
Henry Ford Health System hosted "Derby in the D" on May 2 at the MotorCity Casino Hotel in Detroit. The Kentucky Derby-themed event included a sit-down dinner, live and silent auctions, a raffle, and entertainment. Proceeds from the evening benefitted the Henry Ford Neuroscience Institute.
2015 Spring into Belle Isle Gala
