Red Level in Novi Acquires Grand Rapids’ C/D/H

Red Level in Novi has acquired C/D/H in Grand Rapids.

Novi’s Red Level, a technology services company, has acquired Grand Rapids’ business and technology consultancy C/D/H. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

C/D/H was founded in 1990 and specializes in custom software and application development, experience design, collaboration tools, and Microsoft solutions. Red Level specializes in managed services and enterprise-grade IT infrastructure deployment and management.

The combined companies will offer a broader array of information technology services including custom application development, business analytics, and collaboration tools.

“C/D/H has an outstanding reputation for providing the best IT services and consulting throughout Michigan for the past 30 years, and Red Level is excited to build upon that strong base,” says David King, CEO of Red Level. “We expect this partnership will create new business in new areas, which will lead to increased hiring and continued growth.”

Mark Becker, vice president of C/D/H, will join Red Level as senior vice president of business development and will continue to lead the Grand Rapids office.

“Red Level has a long history of technical excellence and customer service, as well as a large client base and a subscription-based business model that is attractive to many businesses,” says Becker. “Coupled with C/D/H’s expertise, values, and character, these synergies will benefit our current and future clients.”

The combined company has more than 50 employees and a projected annual growth rate of 25 percent.
