Livonia’s Kurtis Kitchen and Bath has formed a new cabinet refacing division called Home Solutions by Kurtis as part of a joint venture with California’s Reborn Cabinets, the company announced Monday.

“Home Solutions by Kurtis will transform a homeowner’s existing cabinetry to look like just-installed, brand new cabinets,” says Wayne Weintraub, co-owner of Kurtis Kitchen and Bath. “We partnered with Reborn Cabinets to provide this quick and affordable way to update cabinets with their Signature Refacing products and services.”

Signature Refacing uses the existing kitchen layout and offers door styles, wood species, and finish colors so customers don’t spend money on an entirely new kitchen. The refacing process is completed in three to five days, and Home Solutions by Kurtis will provide homeowners complimentary in-home consultations.

“Kurtis Kitchen and Bath has the same value and commitment in providing the ultimate remodeling experience for their customers,” says Vince Nardo, president of Reborn Cabinets. “This partnership will expand our history of providing cost-saving Signature Refacing products to homeowners.”

Reborn Cabinets is family owned and was founded in 1983. It offers complete kitchen and bath remodeling, Signature Refacing, and one-day bathroom solutions through its six locations in California and Nevada. Its manufacturing facility is located in Anaheim, Calif.

Kurtis is a third-generation Michigan corporation that was founded in 1968. It provides products for kitchen and bath remodeling and new home construction including cabinets, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and countertops.
