Colliers International Group, a large real estate and investment management company with offices in Southfield, has added a building and premises security advisory to its project management division, offering an extra layer of protection for clients.
“The security advisory team serves as an independent owners’ representative and client advocate thereby protecting our client’s interests, reducing costs, preserving the implementation schedule, and ensuring product and installation quality, ultimately maximizing the effectiveness and value of the client security program,” says Jennifer York, director of security advisory.
Paul Choukourian, executive managing director for Colliers International Detroit, states: “We have unique expertise in security advisory (and this) offers our clients a higher level of project management service in a specialty that always poses a challenge.”
