Southfield’s CarbonTV, a global leader in offering OTT outdoor, online streaming content via a dedicated website, is now under the sole ownership of David Farbman, founder of Carbon Media Group. The change comes with a redesign launch that is expected in late summer.

“We will deliver (a new platform called) Abundance in 2018 with an improved viewing experience with layout, suggestions, and enhancement of our live cameras which monitor nature in real time, allowing our users to be an eye in the sky,” says Farbman.

“We will continue to serve and enhance the hunting, fishing, and shooting community while covering broader topics. We will be the common ground where the outdoor community can come together for an incredible video experience. I want to thank Neil Rosenzweig over at Carbon Media Group for his support of this new direction.”

The company shares the ranks with industry leaders including the Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel. It features outdoor talents including “American Elements” star Cameron Hanes; bone collector and CarbonTV original producer Michael Waddell; conservationist and host Jules McQueen; heartland bow hunter Mike Hunsucker; UFC fighter Chad Mendes; American country rap singer Big Smo; and Phillip Vanderpool and T.J. Unger from “The Virtue,” among others.

In addition, CarbonTV has announced the debut of “Identical Draw,” the latest program to join its lineup of exclusive programs focused on the outdoors. “Identical Draw” stars 20-year-old identical twin bow hunters, Thomas and Nathan Krick. The show focuses on faith, brotherhood, and the outdoors.

CarbonTV has more than 300 shows and 10 million monthly views. It offers streaming for outdoor and rural lifestyle video. All video content is on demand for free at CarbonTV.com and through the CarbonTV app.
