Bloomfield Hills’ Center Rock Capital Partners Acquire American Piping Products

Center Rock Capital Partners has acquired American Piping Products, which distributes seamless and welded pipe and tubular-related products.

Center Rock Capital Partners LP in Bloomfield Hills today announced it has acquired American Piping Products, a Missouri-based global distributor of steel pipe, fittings, and valves. AAP marks Center Rock’s second platform investment out of its inaugural investment vehicle, Center Rock Capital Partners Fund I LP.

APP is headquartered in St. Louis and was founded in 1994. It is a distributor of seamless and welded pipe and tubular-related products. The company serves customers in the energy, refining, petrochemical, power generation, diversified industrial, and other industries.
