Birmingham’s Broder and Sachse Real Estate To Relocate To Detroit

Broder and Sachse Real Estate Inc. in Birmingham today announced it will relocate to the Arts League Building at 1528 Woodward Ave. in downtown Detroit. The staff is expected to be fully operational in the Detroit office by March 5.

“Moving our business to Detroit has been in the works for some time now, and it’s a natural fit for us, given the number of projects we have undertaken in the city,” says Richard Broder, CEO of Broder and Sachse.

“It’s important for us to continue the momentum we’ve generated over the past few years by opening properties that push the envelope, and to remain at the forefront of innovative, experiential, community-focused, urban properties. This move reinforces our commitment to contributing to the ongoing evolution and improvement of the Detroit community.”

The company has acquired and developed properties in Detroit in recent years, including The Scott at Brush Park, The Albert – Capitol Park, The Hamilton Midtown Detroit, and Orchestra Place.
