England and China-based Auria Solutions, a supplier of automotive acoustic and textile solutions, today announced the establishment of an operational headquarters facility at 26999 Central Park Blvd. in Southfield.
The 28,000-square-foot facility houses 120 employees, and departments include global and regional management, corporate functions, engineering, sales, and product development teams.
“As a startup company, this location gives us a home here in (metro) Detroit, but more than that, it marks another step in the launch of our company and enables us to meet our ambitious growth goals today and in the future,” says Brian Pour, president and CEO of Auria. “The new office sits in the heart of the North American automotive industry and is central to both our employees and customers.”
Auria’s additional locations in Michigan include a technical center in Plymouth Township, which houses the industry’s largest modern hemi annecoic test chamber, and a manufacturing facility in St. Clair.
Auria also opened a regional headquarters in Dusseldorf, Germany and operates 27 manufacturing and nine commercial, engineering, and testing and tooling facilities in 10 countries. The company also employs nearly 7,000 worldwide, suppling all of the global automakers and several regional manufacturers.
