Vlasic & Roth, a team of consultants who specialize in strategic planning, organizational change implementations, and crisis mitigation for healthcare organizations and technology companies has opened an office in downtown Northville at 108 N. Center St.

Vlasic & Roth was founded by Mike Roth and Jeff Vlasic earlier this year. Roth and Vlasic collaborate with clients to design and deliver customized solutions to reduce financial risk and improve operational performance. The company’s independently certified HIPAA compliant collaboration platform allows them to work closely with key stakeholders.

“We needed a welcoming and easily-accessible place to locate our company, especially due to its 24/7 nature of helping clients and healthcare entities with critical decisions,” says Vlasic.

“We plan to build our company in Northville, and have plans to build our own facility in a few years.”

Roth has 22 years of experience working in healthcare technology consulting. He most recently worked on selling a national healthcare focused IT company located in Southfield.

Vlasic is an emergency physician at Hurley Hospital in Flint. He trained at University of Michigan’s medical school and has also been involved in multiple businesses.

“Jeff and I grew up a few miles from each other in the Detroit suburbs,” says Roth. We met when we both enrolled in a full-time MS program at the University of Michigan School of Medicine. It was a huge commitment for both of us, especially as we both had multiple professional degrees already, but to be the best we went back to learn from the best at U of M. The training and degree are both the first of their kind, and our company is the first purpose-built Learning Health System focused company that we know of.”
