Verve, a New York-based location-powered mobile marketing company, today announced its continued expansion in the Detroit market, opening a new sales office in Southfield, the company’s seventh worldwide.

The team will focus on regional sales and client services, serving local brands and advertisers including Ford Motor Co., FCA US, General Motors Co., and The Mars Agency.

Verve also promoted Christina Shinsky to group director of the company’s Detroit office, where she will work with existing clients and expand the company’s portfolio. A veteran of digital advertising, Shinsky has worked in both agencies and sales to build integrated digital and mobile strategies for clients across automotive, retail, and other industries.

“We are excited to further our growth in Detroit and the surrounding area,” says Kevin Arrix, chief revenue officer at Verve. “We know from recent news that automotive and all the important industries that are revitalizing Detroit have turned their eyes to the future.

“Innovation drives them, as it drives us, and this expansion marks the opportunity to help Detroit’s stakeholders bring world-class location-aware mobile creative to brands and consumers.”

Throughout 2016, Verve doubled its workforce and posted revenues topping $100 million, using proprietary location intelligence and patented technology to identify, reach, and engage consumers.
