Ann Arbor-based accessories company Truck Hero today announced the strategic acquisition of Superlift, a national manufacturer of automotive aftermarket products including suspension lifts and leveling kits. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Reminder adds that Superlift’s research and development group and engineers will help Truck Hero expand their product line and build the brand by leveraging sales experience and installer relationships.
This transaction marks Truck Hero’s 12th acquisition since its formation in 2007, and is aligned with the company’s growth strategy of acquiring businesses in the vehicle accessory market to further diversify its product portfolio.
Truck Hero’s products include hard and soft bed truck covers, truck caps, bed liners, floor liners, and steps.
