Bloomfield Hills-based home builder Pinnacle Homes today announced the launch of the Aspire Collection, a group of seven luxury communities throughout metro Detroit geared toward empty nesters and adults ages 50 and older living an active lifestyle.

“The Aspire Collection by Pinnacle Homes is less about buying a house and more about living a lifestyle,” says Howard Fingeroot, Pinnacle Homes’ managing partner. “Traditionally, adults ages 50 and older have either moved to smaller homes with fewer amenities or stayed in the same homes where they raised their kids, dealing with maintenance and remodeling issues as necessary.

“As more Baby Boomers approach retirement, we’re seeing a demand for homes that require little to no maintenance, include modern amenities that support the luxurious look and feel of their lifestyle, and are in or near the areas where they raised their families and made friends.”

Fingeroot adds the seven communities will exceed $250 million in development. The company has seven communities in various stages of construction that comprise the collection, including:

·         Bloomfield Hills – Legacy Hills

·         Canton Township – The Corners at Cherry Hill Village

·         Clarkston – Northridge

·         Lyon Township/Novi – Legacy of Lyon

·         Northville Township – Ridge Hill Estates

·         Washington Township – Glacier Club

·         West Bloomfield Township – Legacy Woods

The locations were chosen due to their proximity to entertainment, food, shopping, and other amenities, Fingeroot says.

While most of the Aspire Collection homes offer more than 2,000 square feet, and buyers can personalize their homes with quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, and gourmet kitchens.
