Novi-based Lineage Logistics, a global temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics company today announced the acquisition of Partner Logistics, a European cold storage and automated warehouse company. The transaction is Lineage’s first international acquisition and represents significant growth in the company’s warehouse automation strategy. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The company also creates high-impact logistics solutions through value-added services, including managed transportation, customs brokerage, processing, and manufacturing.
Founded in 2008, Lineage has grown through acquisitions and new construction, and has more than 100 locations throughout the U.S. The acquisition of Partner adds more than 101 million cubic feet of temperature-controlled capacity and six fully automated warehouses in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
