A new partnership between home builder Moceri Co. and Beaumont Health will bring wellness education, health programming, and on-site health clinics to those living in Blossom Collection communities, a portfolio of active adult communities for residents 55 and older. The partnership provides for Beaumont Health physician-staffed clinics on-site at the communities, as well as classes on heart and brain heath, balance, disease prevention, screening, and vaccination programs.
“We’re thrilled to have Beaumont Health joining us in delivering an entire ecosystem of amenities, services and experiences,” says Dominic J. Moceri, partner at Moceri Companies. “Our vision of Blossom Collection is to introduce cool, vibrant and engaging places to live. Partnering with the top-ranked Beaumont Health gives our residents the resources and experts to support their wellness goals and keep them active.”
The Blossom Collection, announced in Oct. 2016 is a $1.2 billion portfolio of senior communities with a variety of luxury residences organized around maintaining independence and providing access to the services and amenities residents want.

The Blossom Collection Showcase is now open at the Village of Rochester Hills. In the coming weeks, Blossom Collection will announce details on its exclusive partnership with one of the region’s restaurant groups.
Blossom Collection communities include Blossom Ridge and Blossom Springs in Oakland Township, Blossom Park in Auburn Hills, Blossom Lane in Sterling Heights and Blossom Mills in downtown Rochester. More information can be found here.
