DexKo Global Plans to Acquire E&P Hydraulics

Novi-based DexKo Global, a supplier of highly engineered running gear technology, chassis assemblies, and related components, today announced plans to expand with the acquisition of E&P Hydraulics, based in the Netherlands.

The acquisition will expand DexKo Global’s portfolio of professional support system solutions for caravans, motorhomes, and light commercial vehicles. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed and completion is contingent on customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Since its founding more than 10 years ago, E&P has contributed to the success of lifting support systems in the leisure vehicle market. The acquisition will bundle all competencies in leveling systems and DexKo will sell its core products through Reisemobil-Service Fischer in Elsdorf when its expanded into the Customer Service Center West.

E&P’s three owners, Eric Klinkenberg, Pierre Blom, and Kay Fischer, will retain their positions as part of a management team and the E&P brand will also be continued in its existing form as a product brand under the DexKo Global umbrella brand.

Founded in 2015 through the combination of Dexter and AL-KO Vehicle Technology, DexKo Global employs more than 4,5000 people at 39 manufacturing facilities and 25 distribution centers worldwide.
