As demand for hotel rooms continues to grow throughout metro Detroit, Bedrock and Shinola today announced the website for the Shinola Hotel is live. Slated to open in late 2018, the Shinola Hotel is expected to attract global travelers to Detroit and serve as a “living room” where local visitors can mingle and enjoy food and beverage offerings.
The website currently features newly released renderings of the hotel’s interior and exterior spaces, a video detailing the project’s history, construction progress and vision, and a career page with future employment opportunities.
Located at 1400 Woodward Ave., the hotel is part of the brand’s “natural evolution” and part of Shinola’s mission to create more jobs and further aid in the revitalization of Detroit. The hotel will feature eight floors, 130 rooms, and 16,000-square feet of dining and retail space.
