West Michigan-based direct selling business Amway today announced the launch of nearly 100 enhanced and free online training videos and resources designed to support current and aspiring business owners. The program, entitled Amyway Education, is an expansion of existing training resources and is available in five languages.

“One of the greatest benefits to being an Amway Independent Business Owner is that you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself,” says Jim Ayres, managing director of Amway North America. “A huge benefit to joining Amway is that you gain access to education content that helps you start and build your business, hone leadership skills, leverage social media, and generally become a savvier direct seller. The complete refresh of Amway Education goes even deeper into each of these areas with brief, animated courses that fit into people’s on-the-go lifestyles.”

Amway Education will be available to entrepreneurs in the United States, Canada, and the Dominican Republic, with plans to eventually expand the offering to all of Amway’s three million business owners worldwide. Amway also plans to announce the official council of business leaders and industry experts in several industries, including learning and development, coaching, communications, multicultural marketing, technology and social media, and sales. The council will collectively add to the content available across Amway Education.

The program currently has courses on several aspects of business and leadership, including negotiating, business etiquette, reading body language, and coaching for success. All courses are provided at no cost to Amway Independent Business owners, and select courses are available to the public prior to joining.

Amway Education is currently available for Android and iOS users in French, Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, and English.
