Center Line-based Mopar, FCA’s service, parts, and customer-care brand, has launched a fleet maintenance and service program that includes extended hours, consistent pricing nationally, and a countrywide network of FCA US dealerships.

“We’re tapping into our Mopar Express Lane locations, many with extended hours, to offer fast, ease-of-process maintenance to deliver the kind of service that helps increase operational time for fleet vehicles,” says Jim Sassorossi, director of fleet service and parts operations at Mopar.

Sassorossi says nearly 1,000 FCA US dealerships now offer Mopar Express Lane service. He says examples of nationwide pricing for services under the new program includes $3.50 to rotate a wheel, $30 for a basic oil change, $136 for rear drum brake service, and $155 for front disc brake service.

“Our fleet customers can access not only the FCA portfolio of vehicles, but also a level of service and support that is convenient, affordable, and backed by factory-trained technicians and factory approved parts,” says Jeff Kommor, vice president of sales and fleet operations at Mopar.

Local FCA Mopar Express Lane dealerships include Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy, Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bloomfield Township, Parkway Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Clinton Township, and Southfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

In December, Mopar launched new vehicle protection plans that offer complete coverage for all mechanical wear and tear.

Mopar distributes more than 500,000 parts and accessories in 150 markets around the world. The company has more than 50 parts distribution centers and 27 customer-contact hubs globally.
