Dean Norton has been promoted to COO of Macprofessionals Inc. of Novi and Bay Harbor.
Norton is a 15-year veteran of Macprofessionals and has played an instrumental role in the day-to-day operations of the company. He has experience as a skilled executive, team leader, and technical project manager and wide experience in results-based service delivery, systems integration, and solutions design.
Norton, of Howell, will be restructuring his team responsibilities and working to improve operations and service delivery as well as focusing on developing existing corporate partnerships and building new relationships.
He is a graduate of Michigan State University.
