DETROIT — Tickets for the 2015 Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix will go on sale Thursday and the event is offering fans that purchase their tickets early an opportunity to win a private breakfast with some of the biggest stars in racing.

Beginning Thursday morning, fans can purchase their tickets for the 2015 Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix, which will be held May 29-31, by visiting DetroitGP.com or by calling 866-464-PRIX (7749).

Anyone that purchases tickets through Dec. 8, will be registered to win an exclusive VIP “Breakfast with Champions” featuring Verizon IndyCar Series star drivers Will Power and Helio Castroneves and Pirelli World Challenge Series champion Johnny O’Connell – all three winners this past summer on the Raceway at Belle Isle Park street circuit.

A total of 10 winners will be randomly selected to enjoy breakfast with the drivers when they are in Detroit on Dec. 16. Power, the 2014 Verizon IndyCar Series champion, won the first Chevrolet Dual in Detroit presented by Quicken Loans race this year while his Team Penske teammate Castroneves, the three-time Indy 500 winner and former Dancing with the Stars champion, won the second Dual race the following day. O’Connell just captured his third career Pirelli World Challenge GT Class championship and he has won five series races on Belle Isle in the last three years.

Great ticket packages are available for a fun-filled weekend on Belle Isle next summer, highlighted by the Chevrolet Dual in Detroit presented by Quicken Loans Verizon IndyCar Series doubleheader races along with some exciting off-track entertainment options.
Ticket prices across the board will remain the same as the 2014 Grand Prix. Once again in 2015, all tickets will include free round-trip shuttle transportation to and from Belle Isle from two convenient downtown Detroit locations.

Also in 2015, a Grand Prix tradition in Detroit will continue as Free Prix Day returns to the Raceway at Belle Isle Park with all fans admitted to the venue free of charge on May 29. Premium single-day and multi-day ticket plans are available for all of the Saturday and Sunday Grand Prix activities. Single-day tickets can be purchased for as little as $35 for a general admission seat and two-day general admission tickets are available for just $65. Children 12 and under are admitted free to GA seating with a ticket-holding adult.
