LIVONIA — Andrea M. Kujala, an appraiser for Livonia-based Terzo & Bologna, has received a Member of the Appraisal Institute designation for 2014, the highest achievement available to an appraiser.
Kujala, of White Lake, is one of only eight female MAIs actively engaged in commercial real estate appraisal in the State of Michigan. The MAI designation is held by individuals who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.
Kujala graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
