Spring Arbor University Names New CFO

SPRING ARBOR — Spring Arbor University has named Kevin Rose as the school’s vice president for finance and chief financial officer.

Prior to joining the university Rose most recently served as assistant superintendent of finance and business operations at Lapeer Community Schools. He also served as assistant superintendent of business and finance at Taylor School District for more than 15 years, vice president of finance and operations at Lowry Computer Products Inc., financial and administrative partner at Johnson and Anderson, and senior accountant at Ernst and Whinney.

A certified public accountant, Rose of Brighton, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
