Prime29's New Menu Offers Quail, Frog Legs

WEST BLOOMFIELD — When Stoli Liti joined Prime29 Steak and Seafood House Restaurant several months ago as managing partner, it was his mission to make an already outstanding menu even better. With Creekstone Farms all organic “Butcher’s Knife”  29-day aged beef standing front and center along with the most popular Chilean sea bass and Atlantic salmon, Stoli and Chef Hai Ying have added some unique dishes. Joining the filet mignon, ribeye and New York strip steaks is Provimi Veal Osso Buco and pomegranate glazed Colorado rack of lamb.

New entree’s being featured by Prime29 includes organic Peking Duck breast with duck infused rice, Baby Bok Choy and Hoisin Glaze, from award-winning Hudson Valley. Wild rice and Michigan cherries stuffed Manchester Farms quail, presented with zucchini, squash, ciopollini onions, rried okra and cranberry glaze. The sizzling Wagyu strip with PRIME29 zip sauce and Michigan grown Otto’s Farm airline chicken breast has also been added to the menu. Also, a daily fisherman’s recommendation, which highlights a fresh fish, served whole or filet.

Additionally,  the list of new appetizers are direct from Georgia, world recognized Ken Holyoak frog legs, George’s Bank scallops along with Prince Edward Mussels and Little Neck Clams.
