Olga’s Kitchen Inc. has introduced a new menu including several healthy options in each of its 36 restaurants.
“Our vision is to deliver the premier Mediterranean-inspired dining experience, so we’ve created menu consistency at every Olga’s to match our guests’ expectations,” says Jonathan Fox, president and CEO.
Fox, a recognized and respected culinary innovator, restaurateur and founder of restaurant management and consulting firm 3Sixty Dining Intelligence, became Olga’s CEO in February. He assembled a new leadership team, developed a growth strategy and inspired a new culinary innovation process. Some of the new and upgraded menu items include: Spinach & Feta Dip Snackers; Hummus with red pepper, cucumber and carrot slices; Italian pasta salad medley with field greens and prosciutto; Steak and cheese sandwich, featuring a premium grilled flat iron steak; chicken Shawarma signature sandwich, and and a Caesar Salad.
Additionally, based on customer feedback and demand, Olga’s has added catering services at all locations. “Our menu composition is ideal for carry out and catering,” Fox says. “They provide other avenues for people to experience Olga’s, both through social and business gatherings.”
