Great Lakes Caster Completes Acquisition of Atlantic Caster

Great Lakes Caster has completed the acquisition of Atlantic Caster, which is headquartered in Richmond, Va. Atlantic Caster will operate under the name CasterDepot as a division of Great Lakes Caster.

The acquisition of Atlantic Caster fits in GLC’s corporate management plan, Focus 2020, which began in September 2012. The plan outlines the company’s goals of increasing sales and operating margin, as well as enhancing its role as a true value innovator that provides the best solutions for its customers.

Great Lakes Caster  is a supplier of casters and wheels with more than 6,000 business clients in U.S. and Canada. GLC / CasterDepot is headquartered in Wayland, with stocking sales offices in Chicago, Detroit, and Grand Rapids, under the Great Lakes Caster brand. The CasterDepot brand has sales offices in Columbus, Ohio; Nashville, Tenn., and Richmond, Va.
