D-PAN VIP Party 2018

On Dec. 13, D-PAN, or the Deaf Professional Arts Network, held a VIP party in Ferndale as a prelude to the inaugural Deaf and Loud Symphonic Experience. The latter event was held on Dec. 16, and featured what is believed to be the world’s first concert of deaf artists, performing artists, and a major orchestra — the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
