Cattle Baron's Ball 2017

The 15th annual Cattle Baron's Ball was held on Sept. 23 at Cobo Center in Detroit to benefit the American Cancer Society. More than 800 guests enjoyed a strolling dinner, live and silent auctions, and live music.

In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness month, McLaren Macomb hosted its annual BRAvo at the Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township on Oct. 17. Guests enjoyed a dancing competition and silent auction to raise funds to provide free mammograms to uninsured women.

Judson Center Rock Gala 2017

The Judson Center, a Detroit-based human services agency, hosted its 34th annual gala on Oct. 14 at MGM Grand Detroit. Guests enjoyed custom cocktails, live and silent auctions, live music, and raised funds for children, adults, and families dealing with abuse, neglect, and trauma.

Grape Expectations for Kids 2017

The Guidance Center hosted its seventh annual Grape Expectations for Kids wine pairing dinner on Sept. 28 at the Colony Club in Detroit. More than 270 guests raised $101,000 to support the agency's Kids-TALK Children's Advocacy Center, which helps children throughout Wayne County cope with abuse and trauma.
