Troy’s Ross Mortgage Adds Vice President, Four Other Employees

Ross Mortgage Corp., a full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, announced the appointment of Theresa Sprague as vice president of branch growth and retention. The firm has also added Jason Sprague and his team of loan officers, Jon DeKoninck, Denise Huettner, and Tim Donner.

In her new position, Theresa Sprague will use her 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry and assume responsibility for assisting branch managers with the growth and success of their respective operations. She will also be tasked with supporting new and existing team members to achieve their goals for production and income in offices across Michigan and beyond.

Jason Sprague will continue to lead his team of loan officers and will be responsible for overseeing operations. He will also continue to establish Ross Mortgage’s national presence to originate loans locally and nationally and coordinate community outreach efforts to build relationships with residents and real estate professionals.

Ross Mortgage was founded in 1949. The company operates 15 locations in Michigan, Florida, and Maryland.
