Dykema, a law firm in Detroit, has re-hired Robert C. Shrosbree, after more than two decades, to its corporate finance group. Shrosbree previously served as an associate at Dykema after graduating law school in 1987.

Following his original term at Dykema, Shrosbree served Consumers Energy as assistant general counsel and General Motors Co. as executive director, lead counsel federal oversight, and acting corporate secretary. In his roles with GM, Shrosbree was responsible for supervising the legal staff’s securities, advising the board of directors on law matters, and overseeing the legal staff of their finance company.

We’re extremely pleased to have Bob join us,” says Jin-Kyu Koh, director of Dykema’s business services department. “Bob’s extensive experience at GM in corporate, securities, and SEC compliance/reporting will be of great benefit to our clients and the firm.”

Shrosbree earned a BBA from the University of Michigan, and a JD from Ohio State University.
