Alicia W. Birach Awarded Up and Coming Lawyer

Alicia W. Birach, attorney for Foster Swift in Southfield, will receive the Up and Coming Lawyer for 2017 award by Michigan Lawyers Weekly on Dec. 7 at the Detroit Marriott in Troy. The annual award recognizes 30 legal practitioners who exceed expectations in ambition, drive, and determination.

 

Birach, a member of the Employer Services Practice Group, is experienced in representing insurance carriers, third party administrators, and employers against workers compensation claims. Additionally, Birach has counseled employers on labor and employment issues.

 

Birach will be Foster Swift’s third consecutive recipient of the award, joining Alexander Ayar and Jonathan Schwartz. Birach has degrees from Central Michigan University and Wayne State University.
