HRPro/BenePro, a Royal Oak-based provider of human resources and benefit consulting, and administration, announced today that Joan Morehead has joined the firm as the new vice president of the consulting division.
In her new position, the White Lake resident will continue to grow HRPro’s human resource consulting and support services.
Recently, Morehead served as the president of the Detroit Society for Human Resource Management, where she connected with HR professionals and business partners. She also served as vice president of business development and education for Matrix Human services in Detroit. Morehead’s concentration is in reduction of cycle time of HR review and performance processes, decreasing annual operation administrative expenses, and reduction of annual communication costs while increasing frequency through work flow transformation.
Morehead is active in the community, serving on the boards for the DSHRM, MI Birght Future, and 101 Best Companies to Work For.
Morehead graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a master’s degree in business administration.
