Gleba & Associates founder and President Jill Gleba, has become a member of Vistage Michigan, an affiliate of the world’s leading chief executive organization, Vistage International.
Vistage Michigan provides business leaders with access to new business perspectives, innovative strategies and actionable items. As a member of Vistage Michigan, Gleba will join an advisory board of executive peers who meet to help one another make better business decisions and achieve better results. She also will partake in one-to-one business coaching from a seasoned and accomplished chief executive group chair.
Gleba brings more than 30 years experience of financial guidance and coaching with her to her role as owner and full-service wealth manager at Gleba & Associates, a boutique financial management firm specializing in business retirement plans.
Gleba’s financial expertise has earned her the Five Star Award through Hour Detroit magazine for the past consecutive four years. Gleba has earned the special designation as accredited investment fiduciary, reserved for financial professionals who specialize in retirement plans for business. Gleba is certified as a Women-Owned Business through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
In addition to her role as financial planner, Gleba also owns and operates Anne William, LLC, a real estate holding company that buys, rents and manages several commercial properties.
The Troy resident is also a member of the Troy Chamber of Commerce; the Indo American Chamber; Michigan Business Professional Associate; and she is on the board for the Furniture Bank of Southeastern Michigan.
Gleba holds a bachelor’s in guidance and counseling from Wayne State University and a master’s in personal financial planning from Oakland University.
