Laith Hermiz has been promoted from executive vice president to COO at Bloomfield Hills-based Agree Realty Corp.
Hermiz has been an integral member of the company’s leadership since 2010 and his responsibilities have included the implementation and direction of development and redevelopment activities, dispositions, and long-term asset management strategies.
Previously, Hermiz served as vice president of development/redevelopment of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust and as managing director of Joseph Freed and Associates LLC. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in Michigan and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Hermiz holds a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University, Chicago as well as a juris doctor from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.
