BIRMINGHAM — Lawrence J. Leib has been named vice president, senior adviser at Schechter Wealth, an independent investment advisory and life insurance design firm.
As a practicing attorney for more than 20 years, Leib has been advising families, companies, and non-profit organizations as lead counsel in litigation, strategic planning, and development.
Leib, of Farmington Hills, is active in many philanthropic institutions, including the Detroit Shriners, Shriners Hospital for Children, as well as the Shrine Circus. He takes part in the Michigan State Fair and the North American Inter-fraternity, the Salvation Army, and the Parade Co. and he is president of Project Freedom. He also contributes to numerous other organizations that benefit our community.
He has a bachelor’s in economics and urban affairs from Michigan State University’s James Madison College, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit School of Law, as well as a Master of Science in business from the University of Michigan.
