SOUTHFIELD — Janet Stevens has joined REDICO, a full-service real estate development and investment company headquartered in Southfield, as director of office operations. She brings more than 25 years of real estate operations, management and leasing experience to the organization.
Stevens will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of REDICO’s commercial office portfolio in Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, and Hawaii. In addition, she will be responsible for overseeing the property management of One Towne Square, Two Towne Square, Allied/BCN Center and American Heart Association headquarters, all of which are located in Southfield.
Most recently, Stevens served as regional property manager at McKinley in Ann Arbor. Prior to that, she spent nearly nearly 15 years with Reit Management & Research, where she served as an area director responsible for a 4.9 million square-foot portfolio of office buildings in Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio.
She is a Real Property Administrator and Certified Property Manager and a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association and CREW of the Detroit Chapter.
