TROY — Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton PC has named William H. Heritage III as its new president.
Heritage currently serves as the head of the firm’s business practice group, a member of the firm’s board of directors and a member of the executive committee of the firm. He joined the firm 20 years ago and concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business formation and planning, corporate law, health care law, and real estate law.
He received his bachelor’s of arts from Duke University, and his JD with distinction from Michigan State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the ABA Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association.
