ANN ARBOR — BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, a BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group concept, will open its newest Michigan location at Briarwood Mall, located at 760 Briarwood Circle in Ann Arbor, on Dec. 11— creating nearly 100 part- and full-time jobs.
BRAVO! Cucina Italiana is a “polished casual” restaurant offering classic Italian food amongst the shadows of Roman ruins. The subtitle “Cucina Italiana” means Italian kitchen, in which all cooking is done in full view of the guest, creating the energy of a live theater. BRAVO’s popular entrees include grilled steaks, chops, and fresh seafood, as well as flatbreads, made-to-order pizzas, and salads, similar to what one would find in an authentic “ristorante” in Italy.

The more than 6,500 square foot restaurant offers indoor seating for 219 guests, including 41 bar seats, and al fresco dining for up to 55 guests on an Italian-style terrace. BRAVO! can accommodate groups of up to 40 people in a semi-private dining area, as well.
