ZIM’S Vodka Partners with Bakery for Gluten-Free Cheesecake

WARREN — Local vodka company ZIM’S Vodka, has partnered with Peteet’s Famous Cheesecake to produce a gluten-free Key Lime Martini Cheesecake, infused with ZIM’S award-winning Fifty-nine (proof) Vodka. The cheesecake will be available through Peteet’s Famous Cheesecake stores and selected metro Detroit retailers and restaurants.

“ZIM’S is taking our vodka cheesecakes to the next level,” said Patrick Peteet, owner of Peteet’s Famous Cheesecakes. “We know this is going to be one of our best sellers. I’m telling you…just a taste and you’ll be taking one home for the holidays!”

Peteet’s Famous Cheesecake will be offering complimentary samples of the gluten-free Key Lime Martini Cheesecake throughout the holiday season at it's headquarters in Oak Park, 13835 Nine Mile Road.

“What’s usually lacking in gluten-free products is taste,” said Terry Olson, founder of ZIM’S Vodka.  “However, through our partnership with Peteet’s, a cheesecake has been created that can simply be described as tasty - REALLY tasty!”
